The voice light on my router went orange over an hour ago, so no landline since that time.

My landline is not working

Today around 12:30pm my landline stopped working. I was on a call and the line suddenly went dead. Currently there is no dialing tone dispite checking the cables.Please could you look into the problem.

Same here in Leicester.  Cant make a call - it just cuts off immediately and I cant receive calls unless through WhatsApp !

There are issues with landline and mobile services which Sky are aware of and working on a fix. Please see the post marked as a temporary answer.

No dial tone on land line. The phone is plugged straighr into the external socket, not the SKY hub.

My landline is not working. No dial tone on phone and answering machine not registering signal. Both ane on a splitrer, plugged straight inro the wall socket. Woke up this morning to find no dial tone.  Something wrong with line as both phone and answering machine not regestering signal. Calls to this number go straight to SKY voicemail. Please repair.

Issue with Landlines should be resolved as of 17.30

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
