Sky Shield not able to activate was on bt Guardian. New landline phone

Had issues with bt guardian. Bought a new phone sorted issues. Now can not active Sky Shield. Son in law tried on app says error on Sky's part.

@NicetowatchCould you dial 17070 and tell us which greeting you get. If it says welcome to Sky and give your number then we know that it should be possible to get talk sheild working. But if anything else then would seem that you have not been put onto the Sky network.

More issues phoning landline to Sky Mobile no.s. Have contacted them and will call me back later to check. Nothing but problems since moving 5 months ago. Suppose it's bloody Openreach. Beginning to give up, to much hassle....

Now I cannot phone Sky Mobile numbers from my landline. Not Sky guardian issues. Contract up soon be so glad after 6 yrs and VIP to get away. Many more will follow, energy comes first and decent contact service. Saving of £55, no brainer. Thank you. Promised a call back didn't happen, good riddance, after 6 yrs
