Landline not working on return, was working before
Please help, my landline is not working, although working yesterday. Believe Sky connection is the fault. Your help required immediately.

@Southwest39 you need to report it directly to sky, we are primarily a customer helps customer forum only with no account access

Does your broadband hub have a voice light on it and if it does is it lit up ?

To be clear as you say that it does have a voice light and that it isn't lit, if so try rebooting the hub by unplugging it then powering it back up a few minutes later.
