My landline is also completely dead . I've tried a new phone a new micro filter checked out the community, and nothing. Is there an email I can use to contact sky as half hour waiting time on the phone is too long a wait

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Fluffy1979 does your Sky Hub have a Voice light and is it lit? If so, have you plugged your phone into the socket at the back of the Hub? It won't work in the normal wall socket.

All plugged correctly working perfectly mon woke up Tuesday not working I can diall number and the buttons make noisebut no tone and I can't cant ring out and people can't ring me

OK, I've flagged your post to Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via the forum later today or tomorrow. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page and an email or private message inviting you to chat online. Do be aware that it's not a synchronous service, so replies from Sky,are unlikely to be instant.
