Landline needs looking at from outside cabinet

This is the third tiime this year that my landline has stopped working.  People trying to get through can't and I am unable to connect to anyone.  It just buzzes.    On the two previous occasions the Engineers found faults on the outside cabinet.  When this was resolved everything went well for a short time only.  Please can some urgency be made to contact the Engineers once again as my Landline is very necessary at the moment.    Please try your best to advance this request.

Have you got other means to report this to Sky (ie; a mobile) as we are customers here?
