Phone not working

We switched to you on 20/01/23 to full fibre and landline. Our lindline no no longer works?

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? It won't work if it's connected to the usual wall socket.

Why don't you tell customers that to save them having to ask? Or is it in the instructions I didn't read 😂

Relandline: Phone not working

MY LAND LINE IS NOT WORKING.       Tried everything that Sky suggested but still not fixed
