Phone not working
We switched to you on 20/01/23 to full fibre and landline. Our lindline no no longer works?

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? It won't work if it's connected to the usual wall socket.

Not me, I'm not Sky, as explained in the bit in bold.
I'm pretty sure it's covered in the instructions.
