Have not been able to make or receive calls on landline for several months. Have had several conversations with Sky and tried all suggestions including a new router. Missed last call from Sky but voicemail said they would call back that was 2 weeks ago, no option to be able to call back. I know see my Sky Talk has been removed from my Sky account without being notified. I'm sure problem started after Openreach had been working opposite my house. Any suggestions?
