Phone box on wall wrong
Have all the Sky kit. All I need is someone to adjust the phone box on the wall which is dangerous and falling off

Hi there. New installation. An engineer came in and put a small telephone box on the wall. I then asked another guy (engineer) to come and help me set things up and he changed the box on the wall, which is now unsafe and falling off the wall. My Sky account is active but still can't use it. Sally
