Phone not working

Hi since i;ve had the new white router, my phone number constantly says its temp unavailable 

.

Also since having the new router, my wifi coverage is really poor upstars in my house.

about 3/4 months ago, to be honest, never really notice, until recently

@Jag6 ok, I'd suggest turning off the Hub at the plug for an hour, when it's convenient. If that doesn't coax it into a full service, it would be best to report it to Sky.
