Landline is not working. Broad band is fine. Have followed all the simple steps advised on the sky web site. Have even borrowed a phone and plugged it into the phone socket as well as into the filter. Also bought a brand new simple none powered phone and still nothing works.
Please help as I am at a complete loss!!

yes did try this but it says no problems on the line ?
