Out going calls

Having problems with outgoing call phone keeps showing pls check connections. Cannot phone out no dialing tone. If I call phone it rings and you can answer call you can then make outgoing call. Leave for a while and it goes back to pls check connections. Broardband working OK

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:
