CAN RECIEVE CALLS BUT NOT RING OUT ON PHONE SINCE BEFORE XMAS SINCE I CHANGED MY BROADBAND INTERENET

CANT RING OUT ON PHONE BUT CAN RECIEVE CALLS NO EMAIL TO GET IN TOUCH WITH EVERYONE ALMOST 3 MONTHS WITHOUT BE ABLE TO RING OUT INTERENET FINE SINCE I UPGRADED MY BROADBAND ITS URGENT GET PHONE LINE SORTED OUT NEED 2 RING PEOPLE NO ONE TO TALK ONLINE STOP APP CHATTING TO ANYONE ON LINE SKY HAS NO EMAILS OR ANYTHING ANYONE GOT SKY EMAIL SO I CAN SEND THEM AN EMAIL ITS URGENT!!

Try this troubleshooting to see if a fault is discovered outside your property. It may then allow you to book an engineer visit. It doesn't matter it says it's a broadband check.

Hi tryed all that trouble shooting can't book an Engineer out at all useless totally Run Around nothing I can Do can't Ring out at all past 3 months said Problem would be sorted out need to be on Asap its Urgent

Who said the problem would be sorted out, and when? Have you already reported this to Sky? If it's urgent what steps have you taken in the last 3 months?

When looked online it said phone line was down after xmas when it was gale force winds masts was down and it would be back on sky would get it back on soon look on area info but no change at all even if did fix it tryed everything reset box followed all instructions can only book an engineer if its sky broadband not phone too

Sky Talk landline doesn't use masts, so it wouldn't be a mast issue, and if the phone line was down you wouldn't be able to receive calls which your thread title states you can do.

Then still problem there end somewhere if not masts I don't know shouldn't be having this Problem in the first place its A Big Problem a lot of people having the  same Problem should been sorted out ages ago ongoing.

Probably a problem just with your line, which you'll need to report to Sky. They won't know about it until you do.
