Can make phone calls but not receive them (Sky broadband hub)

Hi, I have connected my existing telephone to the Sky broadband hub into the phone U.K. port then connected one end of the black cable provided into the Sky hub (purple coloured plug into purple coloured socket of the hub) and the other end in white into the wall socket ( left side of a Mastersocket 5C Openreach Mk4).

I can make calls but not receive them, any idea on what needs being done?

@Legio  What colour is the voice light if it is on at all?

The "Voice" light, along with all others on the hub is green.

@Legio  Have you re-started the router since the installation of that router? If you have then sounds like an issue that Openreach would have to look into. This can be done by calling Sky on your landline dial 150, they maybe able to find the fault and book the engineer for you.
