Has anyone fixed a problem where making a landline call always gets the response " number does not exist"

From my landline I get the message saying the number is not available when I phone mobile number or 0800 numbers.

Hi, I've been on sky for several years, but this problem has only just started. However I did have a problem on Monday whereby my line was engaged when others called me. I tried a few things but it seemed to sort itself over night somehow and the next day I could receive calls.

If you can't come back and let us know. Just dial 150 and follow the instructions to get around the automated system.
When you call you will be asked if this is about Sky mobile say " No ", you will then be asked the nature of the call say " Technical ". You will then be asked for a mobile number give it if you are not already calling from your mobile, you will then be asked to hang up when you get the text " DO NOT HANG UP". You will then be asked do you wish to hang up say " No ", you will then be put into the queue to speak to an advisor.

I have the same problem trying to make calls it says number does not exist does anyone know if it is getting fixed?

My elderly 90 year old mother who lives alone is also having this issue - it started earlier today. But this only affects calling mobiles.
She can receive calls from any number and can call landlines. But when she calls any mobile number it says the number is unobtainable.
I have had to set up sky forwarding with Sky on my home account so she can call me on my landline number - so I can forward calls to my mobile so she can contact me in emergencies when I am out and about. I had to sign up and pay £2.50 for the privilege for the month - not a big deal but it is a bit annoying if the problem is being caused by Sky.

My mother has the same issue which started today.
When she calls mobile numbers it says they are unobtainable - landlines are fine.
This seems to be affecting multiple Sky talk users?!
