Hi. I can't make any out going calls. Every number says this number doesn't exist but I can receive phone calls. I have switched phone off and back on. I have wifi and 4g too.

Sky Talk - unable to make calls. We are aware that some customers may be unable to make calls. We are investigating this and will provide an update as soon as possible. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I also cannot make calls to any mobile phones on different networks from my home landline with Sky Talk . Started this afternoon.
Same message stating the number does not exist.
None of the mobile numbers I have called are with Sky mobile though.

I've only just starting getting this same issue - "sorry, this number doesn't exist".
I first got it trying to call my 85-year-old father who lives alone, 50 miles away so that was a bit of a fright. I then tried the pub in his village as the landlord there has previously said to call there if we ever needed them to check on my dad.
I got the same response, and again when calling the museum in their village.
I've tried calling from my Sky Talk landline and from my Sky mobile. I need to reach my dad to tell him that our Sky Talk landline that he normally calls us on each evening is being switched off tomorrow. (We've gone to the dark side and got Virgin Media fibre as they can give us 350meg whereas we get 29meg from Sky, on a really good day! We're fed up with our Sky Glass buffering or just falling over altogether on that speed).
Anyway, is there any sign of this issue being fixed (again)?
Many thanks

Sorry, I meant to say that my dad's line is with BT. I don't know who the provider is for the pub or the museum but I've been able to call another BT landline from my Sky mobile this evening with no problems, though it is in a different area code.
Thanks again.

Has anyone found a resolve for this? I've spoken to sky and plus net. Neither can find a reason I can't call my home phone number (does not exist) but I can call from it to my mobile, and others can call my home number. I can't see that my number is blocked either end. I'm waiting to try my sim in another phone.

Follow it up with your mobile provider (assuming you're calling your home landline from a mobile).
