Phone not working. Message says ' check line cord'.

Can't make or receive calls. Message comes up saying 'check line cord'. Have done everything that was suggested but still no luck. It would appear that people can call me, but it doesn't do g my end. I just get'1 missed call. So callers ringing in can get a dial tone although it doesn't connect to me, but I get no dial when I try to ring out. Please help.

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
