Nothing working. Check phone line message on landline

Many others have reported the same issue. No broadband. No land-line in or out. Clearly a line fault. How do I get a response from sky?   Using mobile data for this.

I have followed all of the online check instructions and of course nothing works. 

I also foolishly contacted open reach who said "not us mate... Talk to sky".  Easier said than done.

Is there any background to this - are ypu new to Sky? Or recently upgraded your broadband service? Or has your landline with Sky been working OK up to now?

 

If you haven't done so, try the simple line test here first, even if your broadband service,is working ok. Let us know how you get on and we'll try to help further.
