No phone

Renewed my contract 22/5/23 as 18 month deal up, had TV essentials, supposedly super fast 35 broadband, phoneline and pay as you go calls, went live 1/6/23 and  now dead phoneline, no dialtone, or unable to receive/ make calls

@Soulgirl  Can you check your account and see if internet calls have been added ? if that is the case then would seem that you will need a router that connects into the back of the router.
