It's been over 5 days my landline has not been working, my broadband is also paying up, I'm sick and tired as I can't work from home without disruption.

Unless you move to Virgin the fault will not go away whne moving to another company that Sky uses the Openreach network.

If you weren't already aware this link outlines auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it, It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

I now have this problem for 7 days no calls in and out all checks carried on my side , sky has said that it's a open reach issues, now I get a text messege saying it's fixed, I tried calling my home sky number from my normal mobile and someone else is picking up my phone and hanging up, last week that happened to my dad and he got his IP hacked they locked his laptop and stole £2210 , we reported it via the police.

Typically that happens where a user is scammed into granting remote access to a device used for online banking, and is not related to phone/internet failure unless that's the pretext used by the scammers in the first place.
