No phone connection

I need to check if I am in a subscription for my land line as I have no phone connection and havnt had for over a month

What does your online account/bills show?

If you have an active broadband subscription, you also have by default a landline subscription.

 

Post in the Talk forum if you're having problems with your landline phone.

We have just had a Sky dish installed plus a phone line, but after 3 days phone is not working it just says "check phone line" we aren't getting any calls in or out Please help

Hi @buddy7   If this is about Sky Talk telephone then you should ask your question in the Talk community. I don't have Talk myself, but I assume that you are plugging your phone into the Router and not the master socket.

@buddy7 when was your broadband activation date? Is your phone plugged into the socket at the back of your broadband Hub? Do you have a black Hub, or a white one?
