EE taking my Digital handsets
I am transferring to Sky Broadband from EE on 1 1th April 2025 In adition to requiring the Modem returned, they have informed me that they also require the Digital handsets (2 units) supplied by them returned. This was not explianed to me during the transfer discussion with the Sky staff member. Will Sky provide 2x units compatible handsets? Regards. Chris Smith

Re: EE taking my Digital handsets
Sky don't provide any landline telephone handsets. You need to source those yourself.
A Sky agent won't know what loaned EE equipment you have.

Re: EE taking my Digital handsets
If all the ISPs, only BT/EE supplies handsets because British Telecom has a century-long heritage in such hardware.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

That's absolutely nothing to do with Sky.
If your existing phones are designed to work with BT/EE's Digital Voice service they won't work with Sky anyway. You just need a standard analogue phone or a standard cordless DECT phone for Sky.
