No landline connection

Unfortunately my landline connection has stopped working completely. I've completed the recommended checks on the Sky Troubleshooting page and it hasn't fixed it.

Would it be possible to have this issue escalated please?

Update:

 

Spoke with @Pieman500, service checker found external faults so Openreach engineer booked.
