Can’t ring 1571? Auto voice saying speak to sky

Trying to access answer phone on my old corded telephone and my newish set. Tried ringing 1571, and a recorded voice said, no messages speak to Sky?

1571 with Sky is £2 monthly....however if you buy a set of cordless handsets the Base Station should be an answering machine so if you use that facility you save the £2
