cant receive calls via landline

Similar issue as what others have had.

I have a dial tone on my home landline, but am unable to receive calls. If I call my landline from my mobile, it just says number busy but sometimes it connects fine - ie its not a constant fault. been going on for over a week. Broadband is working ok and I have been through the online faultfinding process and all was ok.

@MrPartsAre you able to call Sky and report this fault via your mobile?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
