So upgraded to fibre, yes all cables correct got outgoing calls and identify correct number . When ringing in just rings from the calling phone but does not ring on landline . Upgraded over a week ago so plenty of time for it to settle

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? Do you have a black Hub, or a white one? If it's a black one, is the Voice light illuminated? Amber or green?
