Hi Mark, thanks for reply, I do understand it is an openreach issue and not Sky.
I called Sky to see if they could let me know when an engineer was booked for. While I was on hold I actually got a text from openreach to say a fault had been raised. Big thank you to her (really sorry can't remember her name) as she had quite a job getting it sorted.
Fingers crossed will be fixed soon

14 calendar days, 10 working days since issue was excalated. Fault still apparent. No communication regarding progress.

Mine is the same as everybody above just not been here this weekend and the Mother-in-law as tried to conyact us today and said that it's been engaged all weekend

They have finally fixed it and seems to be back to normal.
