Since new fiber fitted been having troubles with my phone. Now getting permanent engaged tone,not sure if phone or line...??

First try factory resetting the Max Hub, by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds.
If that doesn't resolve it, it's best reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here (tomorrow) so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?
Do you have a black broadband Hub, or white?
When was your new fibre service activated?

White hub and new fibre was installed 20/11/2024. Have had no troubles until the last 2 months

I did reboot my modem, all's been working ok. Have ordered new answerphone because this one came out a the dark ages ( just like its owner) .thanks again Mark 39
