Hi,

I been trying to add a free calls package to sky talk but I can't seem to get hold of anyone to do it and I can't do it via the portal.

Any suggestions?

@Nick+-+Weston If you have Sky Broadband you will have by default Sky Talk Pay as You Go calls. Any calls packages are chargeable.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky do still have call packages, but none are (never have been) free. You'll need to call (150 from your landline) to add a call package. Don't respond to the bot and eventually you'll be asked if you want to speak to an adviser.
