My home phone isn't working!
i have a dial tone, green lights on router and fiber working fine, however I cannot make any calls I can dial and it dials but after the numbers are entered it just goes back to the dial tone...... and any calls that come in (it rings!) I can hear the other person but nobody can hear me it's dead silent.
any ideas?

Yes it is, have unplugged, replugged in, restarted router, restarted phone and base.

Otherwise you'll need to report it to Sky. If you wish, we can ask their messaging team to contact you here so that you can do that via a private online chat.

When run a test says it's all fine and no issues. Yes if you could get them to message me would be grand.
