Furstly, there seems to be aproblem with my account set-up. Whilst it recognises my e-mail address a nd password, but not my Post Code. . Unable to contact anyone through My Ske. No phone connection for three days, rang sky help line, on hold for one hour fifty minutes then lost the will to live. Will try again. Message on phone says check phone line. Have done, repeatedly!
