Which cable do you use to plug telephone into sky hub box?
I've just had fibre optic broadband fitted but can't get tephone to have dialling tone.
Which cable do you plug into broadband box?

If your phone previously plugged into the wall socket, use the same cable to plug it into your Hub.

It's a cable with a BT jack at the Hub end, and typically an RJ11 into the phone handset.
