My landline has not worked since I joined Sky Thursday 19th September. Tried calling and no response

I have tried calling but help service is terrible.

I have carried out all suggested online check!

A few questions by way of background:

 

Ultrafast or Superfast?

Wifi Max or standard?

Is your phone handset plugged into your broadband Hub?

If your Hub has light on the front panel labelled Voice,  is it illuminated? Red or amber?

Superfast broadband

WiFi Standard

Phone is plugged in

No lights on hub

I'm assuming there's a Voice light, but it's not lit?

 

Try the simple connection test here, even if your broadband is working ok. Let us know the result.

If it doesn't detect a fault, I'd suggest reporting it to Sky.We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish?
