Line cord error, internal cables tested

Handset display says line cord error, no dial tone, phone not functioning. I do not think it is an internal cabling issue.

Are you new to Sky broadband/landline? Or has your landline service with Sky worked OK up to now?

i'm not new to Sky, been with them several years. Have had a new broadband hub delivered now though and installed

What was the reason for the new Hub? Does,it have an LED on the front panel labelled 'Voice'? If so, is it lit amber or green?

To save further investment of your time: Sky have tested my broadband and are now sending an engineer round tomorrow. Thank you for your help anyway.
