Hi,
Earlier this week a house on our road was hit by lightning. Most of the village lost the broadband/wifi. This has now been fixed and our broadband and wifi is now working, but our home landline is not.
The phone base station was no longer working, so we have replaced this and the handset with a new phone, but still cannot make or receive calls. There is no dial tone.
We have tried all the advice from the Sky website, but nothing has helped.
