My landline phone, plugged into my SKY router no longer shows the caller ID even though I have SKY pay as you talk with internet calls. I found a code to dial to activate caller ID but the reponse was 'caller ID not available on this line', even though all the Sky articles I have seen say it is included. Caller ID worked fine on this phone before before I went to internet calls. Is there a fix for this ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCaller display is activated automatically, but it's not available on all lines. I don't think there's a workaround but probably best to give Sky a call.

Thanks for replying. I was hoping to avoid a day hanging on the phone, but I guess I will have to do this.
