We haven't used the landline for many years, however I need the landline to be working for a back up. I have purchased a telephone and appropriate micro filter and have tried the online help. Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful. I wanted to know if I was connected and if you had any other suggestions.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lesley531 Sky are switching from traditional landline to delivering voice service through the hub. If your hub has a phone socket on the back plug your handset in there you dont need a filter.
