We out Sky Broadband installed and working two days ago, the engineer stated the land line would be active within a few hours, this is now more than 2 days later and I still don't have a landline working. This is not acceptable as my elderly husband needs to be able to phone me from the landline when I am out. This needs fixed asap

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mags75 first try restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so, then check whether the Voice light is illuminated. If it's not green it would be best to report a fault to Sky.
