Landline phone does not ring for incoming calls

My cordless BT3750 does not ring for incoming calls. It just started doing this yesterday, with no issues since I got it in 2023.  If I call from my mobile, I can see that it is 'ringing' by the light flashing. When I pick up the handset I can talk to my mobile and vice versa. I have researched various solutions and it seems to be an Openreach problem called Bell Not Ringing (BNR), but how do I report this to Openreach if they say it is a Sky problem and Sky says it is an Openreach problem - an endless cycle!

Is your phone plugged into a wall socket? Or the back of your Sky broadband Hub?

Hi . In a master wall socket, same as it has been since I got it.

Does your master phone socket have separate ports for phone and broadband? Or just the one?

Also, if I go in the handest menu and check something eg blocked numbers, handset volume, it will ring the first time I try to call from my mibile and then goes silent again on the next try...🙄

Try the connection test here first (because it's easy) even if your broadband is ok. If it doesn't detect a fault,  you'll need to report it to Sky.
