how do I get sky talk anytimeI

I want to get sky talk anytime as promised by one of your reps. I am a disabled pensioner of 74 with a 75 year old wife, we cannot afford your talk prices. we left bt on your recommendation. I am deaf so cannot ring you but my wife would like to talk to our grand and great grand children and with the cost for ringing a mobile, which most youngsters have. We would run out of money within a week. It is my fault for listening to the chaps patter saying that it would be cheaper than BT.

Sky Talk Anytime Extra is currently £16 a month. You need to call or contact Sky to change to it. Presumably you're currently on Sky Pay As You Talk? 

In addition, with your hearing issues it woukd be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~
