External open reach phone line disconnected from bungalow following high winds. Need an engineer fix

Following high winds the phone line from the pole has dislodged at my bungalow. Wires are hanging loose. Require engineer to fix it .

If the wires are dangerously low (head/neck height for example) you can contact Openreach direct for advice
