I hope this message finds you well.

 

I am currently on a broadband contract with Sky, and I noticed that additional charges for calls are appearing on my bill. However, I do not use a landline and only require the internet service.

 

Could you please block all outgoing calls from my account, leaving only the broadband service active? I want to ensure no further charges for calls occur in the future.

 

If you need any additional information or account details, please let me know.

@KaterynaSikula we're a customer Community, so you're not addressing Sky here, I'm afraid.

 

However, I can confirm that blocking all outgoing calls is not a service Sky provides.

@KaterynaSikula  Sky doesn't use email as a communication route 

 

you would need to call Sky directly to discuss your account
