I am currently on a broadband contract with Sky, and I noticed that additional charges for calls are appearing on my bill. However, I do not use a landline and only require the internet service.
Could you please block all outgoing calls from my account, leaving only the broadband service active? I want to ensure no further charges for calls occur in the future.

However, I can confirm that blocking all outgoing calls is not a service Sky provides.

you would need to call Sky directly to discuss your account
Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk
