Sky talk not working check phone line message cables replaced and a new phone tried same result

now into over a week  with out a working phone 2 calls to ski both promised a repair in 2 days the last call said they would ask for the repair or be a priority still not working what is going on?

Openreach aim to attend in 2-5 working days for an initial investigation. Depending on the nature of the fault, it can take longer to fix.
