I can dial out on my landline but the other person cannot hear me . ALSO keypads not working .

I dial out .I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. Also key pad buttons not working on my telephone.

Are you new to Sky Talk/Broadband? Can you clarify what you mean by the keypad buttons not working?

The other person asked me to  press 1,2 or3. I do this but the other person does not recognise that I have pressed a button. Main problem is they cannot hear me . Mystified

Not new to Sky. Been a customer since day   1.. Have Sky  TV, Broadband and  sky talk..

Sounds like a fault you'll need to report to Sky. We can ask their messaging,team to contact you,here so that you can do that, if you wish.

@Mark39 Reported to Sky . Wonder if thunder and  lightning could  have affected the telephone line .. Engineer from Open Reach coming tomorrow..Fingers crossed..
