Phone line has snapped

Our phone line from the telegraph pole has snapped in a storm last night. Bt open reach came out today to make it safe but have said we need to contact Sky to get them to send an engineer to fix it.

Give Sky a call and they can book an Openreach engineer to attend to replace/fix it.
