Landline Number Takes Ages To Connect?

Hi,

 

We currently have Sky Line Rental installed at our property and have noticed that for the last couple of months when we try and ring our landline number from a mobile phone it doesn't always seem to connect or alternatively it only connects when we are sitting right outside our property it's really strange. We do have a micro filter plugged in with the phone line and broadband connected. We have tried ringing the landline number from various mobile phones and it's the same issue.

 

Any ideas what this could be please or what i should try and do to resolve it.
