I HAFE YOU and your company

No landline at all done all suggested checks can't speak to a person I will cancel my contract if you continue to use a bot, or suggest that I go online over and over again my landline is

Your post is difficult to understand. Firstly, we are fellow customers on here so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. Making threats to cancel won't have any effect by posting on here. 


You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. If and when you call, stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

 

As you mention landline I'll move your post to the more appropriate Sky Talk board. Perhaps you can explain what you mean about paying this week?

@Lynn24 you mean there's no dialling tone? What's the background? Are you new to Sky? Or has your landline with Sky worked up to now?
