Land-line packages

I recently had broadband & landline installed. I chose a basic package where I pay for ALL calls. I'd like to know if there is an all inclusive package, for example, pay an extra £20 per month and all UK landlines & mobile calls are included. Looking for monthly bills to be more regulator every month.
