I have moved to SKY Broadband today including pay as you go landline calls.
Having plugged everything in , the house phone went driectly to answerphone all the time when I tested it from my mobile phone. Two hours later, when I now ring the house phone I can hear it ringing out on my mobile but the house phones are not ringing. They were working fine before I switched from BT this morning.
Please advise.
Regards
Keith Earl

Is it a BT branded landline phone?
If it is designed specifically for use with BT's digital voice service, then it won't work with Sky VOIP.
