when I try to use my landline, it just says "busy" no matter whom I am telephoning.

I think that there must be a problem with my landline. No matter whom I ring it says "busy". I need to use my landline a lot, so can you test the line for me?

You can run the test yourself on a wifi or mobile data connection via the MySky app or try this one here:

Don't worry where it says broadband as it will test everything.
